BodyART  Imported from Europe, a barefoot, on your mat interval fitness system to improve mental and physical balance through breath,control/release and repetition of sequences.  All levels

EXPRESS
30 minute cardio with weights including squats,lunges and upper body strength and abs.

PILATES MAT
60 minute STOTT PILATES technique focusing on proper form and execution of movements through breath, control and alignment.
